Our Mission

Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Since 1993, the Holliston Pantry Shelf has worked to alleviate hunger by providing food free of charge to Holliston residents in need.

The Holliston Pantry Shelf is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves close to 200 families. The Pantry Shelf receives no state or federal funding, and is operated by a staff of 120 volunteers. Shoppers must fill out the census on a yearly basis.

All Holliston residents are welcome to use the Holliston Pantry Shelf. We welcome shoppers warmly into our sparkling clean, well-stocked Pantry. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our shoppers at all times. Residents are not required to fill out lengthy forms nor asked to provide any personal financial information. To receive a Pantry ID card, Residents need only to fill out the census at Holliston Town Hall to qualify.

Shoppers who visit the Pantry are able to choose from close to 500 quality food items, including: milk, beef, chicken, fish, pork, seasonal produce, eggs, cheese, yogurt, canned soups, beans, pastas, cereals, coffee, snacks, and much more. The Pantry also stocks personal care items like shampoo, laundry detergent, soap and toothpaste.
